All our glue guns are guaranteed against faulty
workmanship, materials and malfunction for a period of 12 months.
However, despite our best efforts, problems do
occasionally occur, both within and outside the warranty period.
Depending on the nature of any fault, and to minimise disruption and
downtime experienced by the user, it is our aim to repair or offer a
replacement for the failed unit within two working days of receipt.
As part of the repair process, a full inspection is
carried out and a service report produced. The information
obtained is then analysed and fed back to the design department,
becoming an important input to both new and on-going tool development.
